Trademark Registration
To obtain protection as registered trademarks in Hong Kong, trademarks must be registered under the Trade Marks Ordinance. Having your company name registered with the Company Registry does not automatically grants you a trademark. Companies have to apply with the Trade Marks Registry, which is administered by the Intellectual Property Department.
